Amara Leaders is a network of hope for Black women; expanding motivation and collective action through inspiration. When our voices are at decision-making tables, we have the ability to bring our perspective, our experiences and our wisdom to lead change in our community. This is not just about the boardroom table, it’s about making a difference in the lives of the people sitting around kitchen tables in our neighborhoods, in our states and in our country.

Amara Leaders supports Black women through creating a community of networking and belonging, innovative group problem solving, and executive leadership coaching. Amara Leaders provides tools for self-advocacy and self-actualization.

The spirit of our membership program carves out space to be together in strength and support. We aim to create connections through mentorship, sponsorship, and relationship building.
Interrupting the System That Produces the Current Outcomes
We interrupt the system with information, guidance and action to reshape the current reality. We partner with industries, colleges, and universities to provide training on how to better support Black women and to create environments where they can thrive, earn more and build robust careers. We provide learning experiences that help foster inclusive opportunities for success, allowing Black women to continue to move beyond the glass ceiling.
